Our organization was started by school administrators pursuing the best lunch program possible. Discouraged by the poor quality of available options, even from caterers claiming to be organic, we set out to do it ourselves.
The result is a lunch program that cuts no corners, where every decision insures the quality of it's meals and the ingredients they're made from.
As more and more schools have asked to participate, Green Monkey grew from a small advocate for healthy school lunches into an ever expanding meal program for some of Chicago's best schools. Every year the standards of our program continue to improve, and today the superior quality of our meals is undeniable. Organizations tho partner with Green Monkey demonstrate an admirable and recognizable dedication to providing the very best for their students.
